These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 71jaya ("we", "us", "the Platform", "71jaya") governing your access to and use of the 71jaya website at 71jaya.net and all associated services, products, gaming content, and promotional programmes offered therein. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 71jaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the 71jaya platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Registration

Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

71jaya reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the information provided at registration at any time — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Account services, including withdrawals, may be restricted or suspended pending satisfactory completion of any verification request. This process is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure applied for the protection of all players on the platform.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 71jaya. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 71jaya will close all accounts associated with the individual, void any pending bets, and may withhold any balances pending investigation. Players found to have intentionally registered multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent account restrictions will be permanently excluded from the platform.

3. Account Obligations

Once your 71jaya account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all instructions submitted to customer support. 71jaya cannot be held liable for unauthorised activity on your account if you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

You are required to:

71jaya will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from 71jaya that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

71jaya supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified at the point of transaction.

Deposits

Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with responsible financial practice, 71jaya requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Players may not use the 71jaya platform as a mechanism for transferring funds between payment accounts without genuine gaming activity. Any account identified as conducting transactions inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour will be investigated and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.

Promotional terms supersede these general conditions where specific terms are more restrictive or more permissive on a given point.

6. Gameplay and Wagering

Sportsbook and Live Betting

Sports betting markets on 71jaya cover cricket (Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and international bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Pre-match and live in-play markets are available on selected events. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is accepted by the system and a bet confirmation reference is generated, the accepted odds are locked in for that wager.

In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, 71jaya will settle bets in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are published within each individual betting market. As a general principle, bets on events abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed will be voided and stakes returned. For live markets, bets accepted before an abandonment will be settled on the basis of the score or state of play at the moment of abandonment, subject to sport-specific rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 71jaya platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Any form of fraud, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment details, or deliberately exploiting errors or technical faults on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker-type games, or otherwise gain an unfair collective advantage over the platform or other players.

8. Account Closure, Suspension, and Termination

Before the account is closed, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your most recently used payment method, provided your account is in good standing and has completed KYC verification. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

71jaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
• Confirmed operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Failure to meet an age-verification request within the stated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in respect of a deposit to the account.
• Identification of the account as belonging to a person who was self-excluded at the time of registration.

Where an account is suspended or closed by 71jaya due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 71jaya will communicate the reason for closure to the player via the registered email address where legally permitted to do so.

Effects of Termination

Upon account closure — whether player-initiated or platform-initiated — your right to access the 71jaya platform and its services ceases immediately. Any open bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with their normal settlement rules if the account was closed in good standing, or voided at 71jaya's discretion if the account was closed due to a breach of these Terms. The provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including fraud provisions, intellectual property clauses, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 71jaya platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, brand name, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the proprietary property of 71jaya or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to use 71jaya's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any content or software on the 71jaya platform without express prior written permission from 71jaya. Unauthorised use of 71jaya's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The 71jaya platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 71jaya makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or data loss. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 71jaya's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 71jaya shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

This limitation of liability does not apply to: personal injury or death caused by 71jaya's negligence; fraudulent misrepresentation by 71jaya; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 71jaya is registered and operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 71jaya platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 71jaya support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures applicable in that jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 71jaya with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the Agreement.

Waiver: The failure of 71jaya to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of 71jaya. 71jaya may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, provided that the successor entity agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Force Majeure: 71jaya shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power outages, internet service disruptions, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
